Rating pop-up often does not appear

I couldn't identify the pattern, but I wasn't able to rate a level on some cases (Nay or Yay).

Nay - Buy level, successfully download, play immediately, victory.

Yay - Buy level, successfully download, go back to level selection, enter owned level, play, victory (either perfect or losing lives, first try or pressing retry) (tested trice)

But then some variants didn't work again

Nay - Buy level, successfully download, go back, enter owned level, play, fail, quit, return play, victory.

Nay - Buy level, successfully download, go back, enter owned level, play victory with only 2 stars.

I would also appreciate the opportunity to change my rating after replaying a level. I think rating fairness would increase with less "first impressions" hate/love.

You mean you want a "rate" button on the level menu?

I meant if I beat the level a second time, I would receive the rating popup again with my current rating that I could change it if I wanted. Like apps reviews.

Yes, still happens more often than not. Having this broken really discourages me to try community maps.
